What's the #NYOJazzChallenge?
With the upcoming auditions for the NYO Jazz ensemble, NYO is teaming up with Jazz Memes to start the #NYOJazzChallenge to bring awareness and have some fun!
This challenge will run from December 5th, 2021 to January 5th, 2022.
All submissions must be received by January 5th, 2022 in order to be eligible for prizes.

Entries to this challenge are separate from applications to the NYO Jazz ensemble. To learn about the ensemble, including how to apply, visit carnegiehall.org/nyojazz.
#NYOJazzChallenge - How to Enter
1. Take a video of yourself playing along to either "Rhythm Changes" or "Scrapple From the Apple", with the backing tracks we've provided below. The more creative the entry, the better. Bonus points if you integrate any of our past challenges such as the #LaidBackChallenge or the #BirdBoxChallenge into this as well.
2. Post the video on Instagram with the hashtag #NYOJazzChallenge and tag Jazz Memes (@jazzmemes_) so we can find it and share it on our channel!

#NYOJazzChallenge - Prizes
1st Place will be able to choose 2 albums and 2 merch items from below.
2nd and 3rd Place will be able to choose 1 album and 1 merch item each from the list below.
